Good read! I’m curious on the flexibility of these approaches. Walking around town, I’ve seen the same zip sheathing on both small home renovations and high rises. I’m wondering if you could get the same economies of scale with these new (old?) techniques as the modern gluing a bunch of off-site-assembled 2x4s and concrete slabs
